Hello,
I require the pspice model of optocoupler SFH6186, Vishay manufacturers.
I searched for the model but could not find it on the web site.
If anybody has this particular model or knows how a model can be created, then do let me know at the earliest possible.
If instead of this, any of the following are available then that too will be helpful.
a) Siemens SFh6186-3T S08
b) NEC PS2561L-1-V-E3
