Stats report doens't make sense

Hello all,
After routing a densely packed board for a while and having everything connected up with DRC completed, I noticed this in the Stats report.

How can I have some stuff not placed? I don't understand that one off board component since I'm looking at the board on all layers and there is nothing off the board not placed.
Also, whats the difference between the "Enabled" and "total" columns? as you can see, I don't seem to have a complete route in the column although I don't see anymore un-routed traces on the global layer. How do I fix that?
