We are now running OrCAD 10 on networked computers running Windows XP.
I recently opened an existing PCB layout that contains arcs in the board outline (on the Global Layer). When I go to print the layout, only the straight segments appear, not the curved portions of the outline. I have spent several hours trying different ways of printing or changing the obstacle, but nothing seems to work. This appears to be a new problem with OrCAD 10 since it printed fine with version 9. Any suggestions?

I have exactly the same problem. I posted the question on Basic PCB Design some ays ago. However, when I print copper layer, arcs are present. Only arcs on obstacles are missing. Anyone can help?

I have th same problems using windows 2.000 and Orcad 10.0. I did some experiences, when do you print using the option "print/plot current view" they appear. A way that i find to print is creating the gerber file, oppening in the gerber tool and printing. I´ve tried to contact Orcad support and they doesn´t know why this happen.. so, If anybody knows. please help us.. rs Thank you

Hi Gustavo,
This printing arcs issue was originally identified starting in the base release of OrCAD Layout v10.0 and fixed in a subsequent service pack patch (SP1) which is still available for customers to download from our EMA Resource Center.
I hope this helps.
